Do you accept any insurance programs?

Yes. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, SSI, Social Security, VA, and Private Pay. In addition, we assist our residents in obtaining the necessary State and Federal funds needed in order for them to live their lives as comfortably as possible.

Do you provide both furnished and unfurnished rooms?

Yes. Each furnished room includes a bed(s), ample storage, bedside chest, reading light and nightlight. Some residents may wish to bring a favorite chair, television, and personal items while others may want to provide their own furniture and all other furnishings.

Thank you for visiting our website. Crystal Manor Assisted Living is a privately owned assisted living home located in a beautiful country setting about 13 miles southeast of Waco. With a 16-bed capacity, our facility is a modern one-story home constructed with brick and fire-retardant sheetrock.

With over 10 years of experience, Jeannette Brantley, Owner and Administrator, provides individuals over the age of 18 (seniors and disabled, homeless veterans and those with physical and mental limitations) with meaningful choices regarding long term care services. Assistance is provided to these individuals who cannot live independently but do not need typical institutional care, while encouraging them to live as independently as possible. In addition, we assist our residents in obtaining the necessary State and Federal funds needed in order for them to live their lives as comfortably as possible.
